On More Stupid People
This seems to be the week of people doing stupid things. Then again, it may be so because I keep finding out and "discovering" people's real opinions.
I find it implausible that people who know you as only an acquaintance, despite the frequency of being in the same room together or working on the same projects, can actually have a valid opinion as to the type of person you are and what is typical or atypical of you to do/say/feel. Especially when the criticism comes off as venomously erroneous.
This is why I am becoming more and more misanthropic as the days pass.
