What a sham!

You know, I am not a big sports-competition person, but I always set aside my life to watch the Olympics. Most of my friends know I am fanatical about figure skating. I watched the pairs last night and was SHOCKED that the Russian duo won over the Canadians. What kind of crap is that? Tell me there are no problems with the judging there. I even researched articles on the internet and this is not the first time there have been controversies in skating, particulary pairs, where the Russian wins have been in questions simply in light of sloppy programs versus cleaner programs from other countries. I find it VERY hard to believe that some of these judges are not biased. Gimme a freakin break.

On a lighter note, I love the new apartment. SOOOOOO quiet and love the views. School sucks because I can;t get a hold of my major professor. And I am poor and need some money. How;s that for a month-cap?
