Well...it;s over.....DEEP BREATH. Rather bittersweet as I knew it would be. I will definitely miss some of the people and disregard those who I didn;t enjoy being around. NO need dwelling on the negative of the show when I can revel in the positive. It has been the experience to say the least, but I also had the opportunity to do some of my best work. I am proud of every dance I choreographed and every dancer to busted their ass to make my work look good. I have never worked this close with a group of dancers and I am SO blessed to have had them. I will take them with me to whatever shows I choreograph in the future. I always though that the choregrapher and his "favorites" idea was just a social myth, but I can understand why some choreographers are loyal and partial to some dancers. You want to work with the best every time. That;s how I feel, that I had some of the best working with and for me. So with that being said:
Danny (Man, Fuck this Shit Yo) -- Muchos gracias, nene.
Lance (Don;t Put Your Hand There) -- Thank you.
Shawna (Oh My Little Skawna) -- Thank You.
Brittany (You Still the FBIA) -- Thank You.
Jeffrey (Jeffrey with a "J") -- Thank You.
Dewyane (You ARE the Gayest Elvis) -- Thank You.
Nate (You Are So Titty) -- Thank You.
Diane (I DO Approve) -- Thank You.
I love you all, and thank you all for your hard work, you loyalty, your honesty, and your respect.
It will be nice to get away and get some time off to myself for a few weeks. In two weeks, I start teaching dance classes, working with Elf one on one, start on Sarah, audition for Chicago, audition for Shakespeare in the Park, finish my thesis, graduatre, start a real job, and move to NY (you still coming right boo? ;b). But until then...sleeeeeeeeeep
